The restaurants & bars at the Pyramid are great. Nice experience and ambiance. Excellent service. Visit Alexandro "Alex" at a little hidden bar in between 4 of the restaurants. $ at his bar but absolutely worth it between the top level mixology and his awesome personality. By Benazuzo and Sakura.

We stayed at the resort for 8 nights and were upgraded to an ocean-view room, which turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The room was clean and offered a spectacular view directly overlooking the stunning Caribbean beach. The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping was efficient and reliable. We’re honestly not sure where all the negative reviews come from. We’re an easy-going couple and didn’t have extremely high expectations, especially as this was our first big overseas trip (we live in London). Still, the experience exceeded everything we imagined. When they say all-inclusive, they truly mean ALL INCLUSIVE: minibar included, unlimited drinks by the pool, food stands, and gourmet food in the à la carte restaurants. Lunch at the à la carte restaurants doesn’t require reservations (you may wait a few minutes for a table), while dinner does require booking. Thanks to reading reviews beforehand, we booked all our dinner reservations on the first day for the entire stay — a smart move we highly recommend. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out — at the bars, restaurants, and throughout the resort. A special thank you to Frida at the concierge, who helped us choose a different restaurant each evening. Every dinner was a surprise and absolutely exceptional. Gourmet food of this quality, included in the hotel price, is something we rarely experience. Coming from Europe, where many expensive all-inclusive resorts offer only low-quality buffet food with poor wines and beers, we were truly impressed. In comparison, The Pyramid at Grand Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Our advice to future guests: read the reviews, book your à la carte restaurants in advance, don’t act surprised if they’re fully booked — and simply enjoy the experience. A huge thank you to all the staff and to Robin, the manager on duty, for making our holiday unforgettable

We stayed here nine nights, and our family of four had a wonderful holiday. The pool and the beach were definitely highlights. We definitely plan on coming back here. The housekeepers Graciela and Raquel we're so friendly and always left our room spotless. The resort is beautiful we always saw people cleaning and making sure you were well taken care of. We've been to Cancun many times and we will definitely be returning to this resort. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing.

The rooms at the pyramid are great — clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The outside pool is amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The overall location is fantastic, and the views are absolutely stunning. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the restaurant situation. Most of the good restaurants require reservations, and they fill up quickly, so you don’t always get the chance to use them. Other than that, it’s a wonderful experience!

This place has been one of the best vacations I've ever had one year, and kind of a pain in the ass another. My first time to the Pyramid I had an absolute blast. We had the pool to ourselves, we could eat anywhere we wanted without reservations and had a beautiful relaxing time. The second time, the pools were packed, you had to leave a towel/bag/something on a chair overnight if you hoped to have a place to lay down by the pool, we had to make reservations two weeks in advance (well before our stay) in order to eat at several restaurants or to get a cabana by the water. The second trip we also sprung for "the black wristband" I can't remember what it was called but oit gave us access to more places to eat in the hotel which the ones we could get into were really nice. I'm not sure we'd stay again given the two experiences, but that first trip in 2021 was great!

We stayed at Grand Oasis Cancun for 14 days and overall had a wonderful experience. The territory is huge — we walked between 8,000 and 11,000 steps every day — and the number of pools is impressive. The restaurants were excellent, especially Sakura, Benazuza, and Black Sense Delmar breakfast spot were big highlights. The staff was always friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is not very child-friendly for toddlers. There is no playground, no toddler pool with attractions, and the kids’ club is only for ages 4–12. Changing tables are also missing in restrooms. Our room (1327) had a strange smell and could use some renovation. On the beach is never enough sunbeds people stay on the sand) Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would return once our child is older and can use the larger pools

Great hotel! If you want an adults only you wont get that. However we were upgraded to sian kiaan so we got exclusive spots which was worth it. No fighting with lines and long waits, still had kids tho. Very large place tho and we came with a group of 9 and had a blast. Entertainment was good for what we saw too.

We had a wonderful stay at Pyramid Oasis! We had the ocean front master suite and it was beautiful and cleaned every day for us. We never had problems getting chairs for the pool or beach like other reviews say- we were up before 9 every morning and secured chairs. We booked reservations ahead of time for all the restaurants so we never had to eat at the buffet. All of the restaurants were fantastic and delicious! Black Sens was a very cool experience that I’ve never done before anywhere else, and would definitely recommend dining there! Most people working were friendly and willing to help, we just experienced the issue of language barriers at times. I definitely recommend staying at the Pyramid as long as you are someone willing to plan ahead.
